To book a room, go to the booking box and follow the booking procedure

Having booked the room, you shall receive an e-mail with the details of your reservation and the information concerning the 30% of advance payment for the benefit of Hostele Wielkopolski, sp. z o. o. sp. k. You may pay the advance directly via our webpage or transfer the required amount to the bank account indicated in the booking confirmation. Your reservation shall be entered into our schedule as soon as possible but not later than within 12 hours. NOTE!. Until the advance payment is credited on our account, your reservation is not guaranteed. Once the advance payment is credited on our account, your reservation moves to the status of a guaranteed reservation. Please, print the confirmation e-mail and show it at check-in. Should you have any special requests, please, send them via e-mail or call us.

Cancellation terms and conditions

If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival (at 2 pm), the hostel will not charge you with any extra amounts, but will keep your advance payment. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival (at 2 pm) or should you fail to arrive, the hostel shall have the right to charge you for the first night of the intended stay.

Special offers

In Melody Hostel a guest shall be entitled to the following discounts:

• 10% - if he/she is a holder of EURO<26, IEESN, ISIC, ITIC, IYTC card.
• Free of charge – children up to 3, sleeping with parents and not on extra bed
• 50% - children between 3-7;
• Cot – free of charge
• Special rates for organized groups and longer stays, send enquiry to the reception. NOTE!
  Discounts do not apply in peak seasons.
  Discounts and special offer do not add up.

Peak seasons

The hostel may apply prices higher than the standard prices in the periods of of the following fair, sports and cultural events:

• EUROREKLAMA, SALMED, LOOK- Targi Fryzjerskie, INSTALACJE- SECUREX, FARMA, TOUR SALON
• BUDMA, DREMA, BUDMA-INTERIOR, POLAGRA, TARGI OCHRONY ŚRODOWISKA
• New Year and other important sports and cultural events organized in Poznan.

Important information

Melody Hostel check-in and check-out time:

• check in from 2 pm
• check out until 11 am

The hostel reception works days and nights ( there is one hour break between. 3 a.m. and 4 a.m.).

If you are planning to arrive after 7 pm or during the night break – please, let us know in advance.

The price includes continental breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8 a.m and 10 a.m. Breakfast can be served outside the said hours provided you make a respective request at the reception.

Our hostel is entirely a non-smoking area.

Animals are not accepted.

Our hostel is located on the third floor of a tenement house without a lift.

Entrance to the hostel is at ul. Kozia 16.
